Designated Divers is a not for profit club formed to promote SCUBA diving to all skill levels and ages, provide underwater educational programs and be a conduit for recreational activities.

Everyone is invited to attend our monthly meetings which feature speakers and presentations of general interest to the diving community.  Subjects include travel, equipment reviews, safety and medical issues, photography, marine life, archeology, and the history of diving.  In addition to our monthly meetings we sponsor special events such as the annual Dive for DAN fund raiser and participate in community projects such as the Take a Stake in the Lakes area cleanup efforts.  We also feature the ever popular Underwater Hockey and encourage diving in the area.  Members are periodically updated with a newsletter to keep them informed of the club's current events.  Designated Divers' club members also receive discounts from the local dive shop, Scuba Fantaseas.
